  • In terms of sales, our 2023 performance was on par with the record-breaking year of 2022. Our team successfully maintained our average sales price, but experienced a slight drop in the total number of sales. For context, it's important to note that our sales figures this year were buoyed by a very active Q4 in 2022. Therefore, we perceive that the market has adjusted, as the 2022 levels of activity were challenging to sustain. Additionally, our agency encountered significantly more cancelled deals this year, which we attribute to the aggressive and occasionally chaotic nature of the market. As for our listing department, we virtually maintained our stock size. In a market where good listings are hard to come by, we are proud to hold a carefully curated portfolio in the mid-high price range for which our company has become known and respected.

    With all this in mind, and looking forward to 2024, we plan to double our efforts in continuing to provide comprehensive, professional service to our clients with a personal approach. We strongly believe that the boutique agency concept, offering bespoke service by a dedicated team, a curated property portfolio, and a robust international network, is the key to success in this dynamic market.

    We look forward to making some exciting announcements in the coming weeks, introducing new key aspects of our company to meet the demands of our clients and partners in 2024 and beyond.

  • This year we have had the pleasure of incorporating two amazing new talents to our team.

    In line with our family company approach, as of June our marketing is being led by Alexander Casteels. His background as an art director will enable us to push the envelope on our marketing design and differentiate ourselves by a unique story-telling approach, check his bio very soon!

    We are also very happy to give our intern, Thom van Drie, a permanent place on the team. Thom has shown great promise from the get-go and his youthful dynamism and will to learn will surely make him a valuable asset to our team for the immediate future. Stay tuned to learn how Thom's specific background and skills will enable us to broaden our array of services!

The magazine has been a resounding success, offering an exclusive glimpse into some of the most exquisite properties on the Costa del Sol and beyond. It reflects our commitment to excellence and our passion for connecting people with their dream homes.

  • Looking ahead to 2024, we are filled with optimism. The Costa del Sol is further solidifying its place among the top destinations in the world, not only for holiday stays but also for permanent or semi-permanent living. Consequently, our clientele has diversified, and the market has remained buoyant. The incredibly high levels of activity experienced in 2022 appear to have settled to a more normal and sustainable level.

    More than ever, a personalised service is crucial to counteract some of the chaotic aspects of the current market. We also believe that a tailor-made approach to marketing, focusing on our professional network for quality lead generation, is the way forward. As the local real estate market continues to evolve, we are well-prepared to navigate these changes. Our team remains dedicated to offering personalized, high-quality service to each client, ensuring that every real estate journey with us is seamless and rewarding.
